I saw a woman whose back was to me, journeying down an unknown path. This path was unusually narrow,…so narrow that she needed to focus to stay on track. I noticed she was carrying nothing more than a hobo's stick, and I understood the woman to represent the prophets of God in this season.
As I looked, I heard the word pilgrimage—the prophet's journey in the days ahead. On both sides of this slender path was lush green grass. I saw no flowers, trees, or weeds—just the richest grass—vast in expanse.
As I watched this vision, I saw the woman look back and behind her was desert ground-dry, barren and cracked. She looked wearied as I studied her countenance, yet she seemingly appeared joyful. With a quick strut, she turned her head and continued moving forward, focusing intently on every step.
Suddenly, she broke out into dance. I watched as she raised both her arms and voice in worship. In deep adoration. It was pure, unadulterated intimacy with the Father. Like David, she was undignified. Atop her head were written the words "FREEDOM." As she embraced unforced rhythms of grace, she fell to the ground and bowed before the Lord.
And then, I saw thick darkness surrounding her, but the darkness scattered as she remained prostrate before the Lord. The skies above her parted as light beamed through an open heaven, and I heard the Lord say that with every open heaven, there is a dimensional shift where the spiritual invades the earth- a crossing of two dimensions AND those who discern it will walk in it. They will be trained in the way of governing dimensions and understand angelic activity. They will be given strategies to rule in authority as they come to know the governance of glory.
Then, with a loud thundering voice, He cried out,
"Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord? Or who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, Nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive blessing from the Lord, And righteousness from the God of his salvation." (Psalm 24:3-5)
And as I listened, I heard Him say again, "Who will ascend into the hill of the Lord and stand in His Holy place so I can descend and reveal My glory? Who then, will tread this narrow path?
In this hour, says the Lord, I am calling My prophets to enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate, and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.
Who then, will take My hand, My righteous right hand, to lead down the path of holiness and purity of heart that the heavens may open that I may come in? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord, mighty in battle, awaits.
And who can I trust with the secrets of My heart, one who will be trustworthy to speak the mysteries of heaven? For I, says the Lord, reveal mysteries from the darkness and bring the deep darkness into light. Therefore, do not run or hide, for soon, I will question you.
And who will hold these secrets and mysteries until My set time? And who will stand in My council and become a guardian and scribe; a creator of language for the days ahead?
For the world steps into the darkness of intelligence, but I says the Lord, desire to release wisdom that will supersede the wisdom of the world.
Who will build kingdom scholarships as they transcribe capitals of revelation from My throne? For I will open up ancient libraries from the pathway of wisdom, says the Lord.
Who then, will proclaim the word of the Lord to My people that they will turn from their evil way and from their evil deeds that I may heal their hearts and heal their land?
For those who say yes, I will give boldness and adorn with My majesty and splendor that My heart will be known. I will go before you and make My mark. But first, says the Lord, I must balance the scales in this season.
"Am I a God near at hand," says the Lord,
"And not a God afar off?
Can anyone hide himself in secret places, So I shall not see him?" says the Lord;
"Do I not fill heaven and earth?" says the Lord.
"I have heard what the prophets have said who prophesy lies in My name, saying, 'I have dreamed, I have dreamed!' How long will this be in the heart of the prophets who prophesy lies? Indeed they are prophets of the deceit of their own heart, who try to make My people forget My name by their dreams, which everyone tells his neighbor, as their fathers forgot My name for Baal.
"The prophet who has a dream, let him tell a dream;And he who has My word, let him speak My word faithfully.What is the chaff to the wheat?" says the Lord."Is not My word like a fire?" says the Lord,"And like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?
"Therefore behold, I am against the prophets," says the Lord, "who steal My words every one from his neighbor. Behold, I am against the prophets," says the Lord, "who use their tongues and say, 'He says.' Behold, I am against those who prophesy false dreams," says the Lord, "and tell them, and cause My people to err by their lies and by their recklessness. Yet I did not send them or command them; therefore they shall not profit this people at all," says the Lord (See Jer 23:23-32).
Therefore, My beloved prophets, will you speak My word in truth? And will you sit in My counsel and write what you hear?
Will you learn to travel light in this season and invest time in My Presence, leaving worldly pleasures behind? Will you forsake the praises of man for My name's sake? And will you fear Me, for that is the beginning of wisdom?
Will you choose the narrow path—for though you have come out of a dry and barren season and are entering into the greener pastures of My luxurious love, do not look to the left or to the right, but keep your eyes stayed on Me and I will give you perfect peace.
Though darkness continues to rage, fear not, for I am bringing you out.
Know this, says the Lord, I am bringing you into a season of freedom, for I am crying out for the release of territories, regions and even nations as you obey this call of ascension. I will cover you with greater authority than times past as you heed this word of the Lord. You will go where I say go and stay when I say wait. But you must be willing and obedient.
I am clearing away the dross, disorder and confusion from your life. Old things no longer beneficial in this season will be removed, making room for reproduction and progression. I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I, the Lord, who call you by your name, Am the God of Israel.
Can you see that wisdom is calling?
Can you hear her voice and enter her courts?
I have seen your struggles and heard the cries of your heart. I know the battles you have been fighting and the relentless warfare that has come against you. I have seen the betrayal, the rejection and the loneliness consuming your heart. Am I not El Roi? I know you have carried the weight and cares of this world upon your shoulders. You have wrestled with fears, confusion and chaos and have felt like you couldn't go any further. The wells of provision have dried up and the wells of innovation have closed up. But know this says the Lord, I am bringing you out of the barren places. The ancient wells are springing forth and burst with My provision.
Have you known that I have stretched you to test your faith to know what was in your heart? I have enlarged your capacity to trust in Me, for the days ahead will require a deep abiding hope in the substances of things not seen.
My patience has gone before you, and My goodness did not pass you by. My lovingkindness and tender mercies have covered you. Have you known I carried you when you felt you could not walk? And I lifted you up when you wanted to give up? Behold, your faith has made you well.
And then the vision continued, and I saw the woman lifted in the Spirit-moving swiftly into the open gateway and brought before the throne.
I saw the seven spirits of God burning brightly before the Lord. There was a stillness, a weightiness that I had not experienced before. And I could hear the sound of many waters, the voices of many harmonizing and in sync. An assurance of the beauty of holiness and an awe was resounding in the heavens. I wept before the Lord and could smell a sweet aroma as I lingered in this vision.
Then, I heard Him say,
Fear not the path ahead, My beloved, for I am with you. I will synchronize you to the harmony of heaven. I will increase your hearing ear and give you the tongue of the learned. I will shatter your doubts and bring you into places of hope. And move you to the places of green pastures and still waters. There is a peace in the movement of My Spirit that I will pour out upon you as you dance with Me. I am calling for your freedom and liberation of territories, regions and nations that are in bondage to evil. And though thick darkness surrounds you, fear not, for I am with you. I will reveal mysteries from the darkness and bring the deep darkness into light. Therefore, do not run or hide; I must balance the scales with My prophets.
Come now, and let Me question you.
Will you ascend into the hill of the Lord and stand in My holy place so I can descend and reveal My glory?
Will you walk this narrow path?
Will you take My hand, My righteous right hand, and let Me lead you to lie down in green pastures and still waters?
Will you choose the path of holiness and purity of heart that the heavens may open and I can come in—Your King of glory?
Can I trust you with the secrets of My heart? And are you one who will be trustworthy to speak the mysteries of heaven? And will you be a keeper of My word and let your tongue be the pen of a ready writer?
Will you build kingdom scholarships with Me and transcribe the treasuries of revelation from My throne?
Will you hold these secrets and mysteries until due season? And will you stand in My council to proclaim the word of the Lord to My people that they will turn from their evil ways and deeds so that I may heal their hearts and heal their land?
Will you learn the way of governance of My glory and understand the call to holiness?
Come, ascend to Me, My beloved, so that I may descend in glory.
